A computational model is presented for determining deformations in complexly stressed beams of a structurally non-linear reinforced concrete frame transcendental state caused by special emergency action the form sudden removal one structural elements. The determination stress-strain after formation spatial cracks elements was carried out using calculated section. At same time, dynamic additional loads design section element from impact are determined on an energy basis “bending moment-curvature” and “torque-angle rotation” diagrams. considered calculation algorithm includes forces compressed concrete, longitudinal transverse reinforcement primary secondary schemes verification limit criteria. results numerical analysis effect cracking, ratio torque bending moment stress dissipative properties system
